Similar to the “cochon noir” of Gascony, this highly prized breed yields a meat that is well marbled, offering exceptional flavor and tenderness. And, in keeping with D’Artagnan’s strict standards, our Berkshire-sired pigs are humanely raised on an all vegetarian diet, with no antibiotics or hormones used. The result: a very clean, premium quality meat that four-star chefs and home gourmets alike are proud to serve.

Your order will be shipped in an insulated box with ice packs designed to keep your items cold for up to 48 hours. |
